Cold curing denture base resin with extended processing phase

Denture Base Resin, Autopolymer. Acrylic resin for the fabrication of removable or fixed dentures by using the pouring technique.

  • Completion of framework dentures
  • Fabrication of full dentures using the pouring technique
  • Partial or total relinings (indirect method)

Mixing ratio:
10g of powder with 7g of liquid

Processing times:
Swelling phase: approx. 30 sec
Pouring phase: approx. 3 min
Plastic-modelling phase: approx. 20 min

Polymerization:
The polymerization is carried out under a pressure of 2-3 bar and a water temperature of 45°C for about 15 minutes.

Shades:
The material is available in colorless/clear, pink, pink V (veined), pink TL (translucent), pink TLV (translucent veined) and pink opaque.
