Cold-curing denture base resin for the system-independent injection technique

Denture Base Resin, Autopolymer. Acrylic resin for the fabrication of removable or fixed dentures by using the injection technique.

  • Fabrication of full dentures using the injection technique

Mixing ratio:
10g of powder with 5g of liquid

Processing times:
Swelling phase: approx. 30 sec
Filling of the injection cylinder after approx. 3 min
Injection after approx. 4-5 min

Polymerization:
The polymerization is carried out under a pressure of 2-3 bar and a water temperature of 45°C for about 20 minutes.

Shades:
The material is available in colorless/clear, pink, pink V (veined), pink TL (translucent), pink TLV (translucent veined) and pink opaque.
